People ask where and when is the closing going to be. If the parties have specified in their contract, it will be wherever they’ve specified. Otherwise, the conventional location for closing would be at the offices of the buyer’s attorney. They’re the ones that do most of the works involved in the closing. They handle the bank paperwork typically, the title-related work, the actual closing transaction itself. So 9 out of 10 times, it will be at the buyer’s attorney’s office.
