When a tenant breaches a lease of a landlord, it’s important to know the terms of the lease and how they breached it. Depending on what the breach the lease is, the landlord has different options.
The landlord may be able to evict the tenant for the breach of the lease or the landlord may have to give the tenant notice of the breach of the lease and allow the tenant the opportunity to correct whatever the breach is prior to taking any further action.
