Determine whether or not that dog is current with its vaccinations, especially rabies. Then, you should document that dog bite situation with your local police department or animal control officer who can advise you as to what the rules may be, if quarantine is necessary for your benefit and your protection, whether or not this dog has a history of other dog bites which again, will be critical information for us to know in pursuing our claim for you.
